Kevin Durant out as Warriors face Pelicans
KD to miss third game in last four with lingering ankle injury
The Warriors will be without Finals MVP Kevin Durant for the third time in four games as Durant sits out with a left ankle sprain.

Durant sprained his ankle last Saturday night in Philadelphia and missed the Warriors win in Brooklyn on Sunday before returning to face the Thunder and score 21 points against his former team in Oklahoma City on Wednesday.
Durant reported soreness significant enough to keep him out of the Warriors blowout win over the Bulls and after the game Steve Kerr said in hindsight he probably shouldn't have played Durant against the Thunder.
