Live from Kansas City where the 49ers are taking on the Chiefs for the preseason opener on Friday night, Ted Robinson, the voice of the team, joined Roxy Bernstein and Mychael Urban on “The Greg Papa Show” on 95.7 The Game.

During his conversation with Bernstein and Urban, Robinson singled out rookie linebacker Rueben Foster, the No. 31 pick in April's draft, as one of the players he's most looking forward to seeing on the field.

“You watch the kid on the practice field and he just jumps out. He just jumps at you. You understand why this management fell in love with the guy, why I'm fairly certain they would have picked him third had Solomon Thomas been taken by the Bears second, and that's how highly they thought of him.
