NFL.com and NFL Network's Mike Silver dropped by “Mornings W/ Joe, Lo & Dibs” with Joe Fortenbaugh, Lorenzo Neal and Dan Dibley on 95.7 The Game on Tuesday to recap the Raiders 26-16 win over the Titans.

“Well, I don't think they operated at the highest level, for them, which is good,” Silver said. “The defense obviously did better and I'm not sure if that's totally the Raiders or if Tennessee underachieved, but Tennessee's a good team and there's a lot to be happy about.”

Silver also addressed Marshawn Lynch's silver and black debut, which featured 18 carries for 76 yards.

“Obviously when Marshawn Lynch can do Marshawn-like things and look like him after a year off, that infuses the whole operation with energy,” Silver said.

Marshawn's most notable contribution came when he ran directly over a Titans defensive defensive lineman.

“My favorite play, of course, was when late in the game as they're closing it out, Marshawn is confronted with pro bowl nose tackle Jurrell Casey, and as I wrote in my article on NFL.com and said yesterday on 'The Aftermath' on NFL Network, he treated him like he was pushing aside the prime minister of Montenegro and he just took him right down to the ground and continued on his merry way.”
