Matt Moore, who sported the highest ERA among qualified starters in 2017, is headed out of town:

The left-hander, who was acquired by the Giants on Aug. 1, 2016 in a deal which sent Matt Duffy to the Tampa Bay Rays, is owed $9 million in 2018. In the process of running up a 5.52 ERA, Moore also surrendered 27 homers in 32 appearances.
