The topic of the day on “The Greg Papa Show” with Bonta Hill on Friday afternoon was the state of Stephen Curry’s troublesome right ankle.

After Curry tweaking the ankle for the fourth time since the beginning of December on Thursday night, Papa had some questions.

“Steph’s ankle is a concern,” Papa said on 95.7 The Game. “I’m not diminishing it. It is a problem. Why does it keep happening when he’s not really landing on people's’ (feet)? It’s just an innocuous drive to the cup and he rolls it when he loses balance. There’s an issue here.”

“So, they’ll look at it. He may have to have surgery again in the offseason. I don’t know what’s going on with the ankle. But as far as, ‘Let’s shut him down.’ When he gets the green light to play, he will play.”

“But you know what? He can get completely healthy and it can happen again. That is the major concern. What is wrong with the structure of this guy’s ankle?
