After knocking down six triples in the Warriors’ Game 1 win over the Rockets, Klay Thompson dropped by TNT’s “Inside the NBA” set and reminded everyone why he’s so universally respected.

Charles Barkley called Thompson the best two guard in the business but pointed out that he often takes third or fourth billing on his own team. Suffice it to say the nonchalant Splash Brother isn’t worried.

“I don't care,” Thompson said. “I get paid handsomely. I play in a great place in the Bay Area and we compete for championships year in and year out.”

“That’s hard to do. A lot of guys never really get that opportunity. So, I’m grateful just to be a part of this team. From Day 1 I’ve been a Warrior and I’m just thankful to be here, man, because we have such a good thing going.”
